I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest of the USA, which is home to the biggest bookstore in the country, and quite possibly the world (it depends on which statistics you use). My husband and I actually bought a house partly because it was a straight bus shot to the bookstore. Does this make me a book geek? Probably. (Incidentally, the bookstore is called Powells' Books.)
As for the rest of my life, I write small books about mid-Victorian social history, reproduce mid-Victorian costumes, and play far too much in my garden.
