Reggie Nadelson
Dean Reed was born on a farm in Colorado and became the biggest pop star in the history of the USSR. For 25 years, until his death in 1986 in East Germany, he made records and appeared in films in the Eastern Bloc. The book is as much about Nadelson's search for Dean Reed as about Reed himself.
